AIRFRESH “Air pollution removal by urban forests for a better human well-being” is funded by the programme LIFE 2019 under the sub-programme Environment and Resource Efficiency project application. The LIFE programme is the European Union funding instrument for the environment and climate actions. The general objective of LIFE is to contribute to the implementation, updating and development of European Union environmental and climate policy and legislation by co-financing projects with European added value.
